Job Description
The Sales Training Manager is responsible for development, writing and delivery of training modules for the Kaspersky sales audience, including employees, partners and distributors.
Main Tasks:
- Write sales training modules for use across the business, including the creation and recording of compelling e-learning material
- Deliver sales training to the entire sales team through a dedicated sales training platform online and classroom training, as defined by business needs.
- Plan, implement and measure sessions for the purposes such as reporting and material development
Required Skills
Develop, write, record and maintain training courses
Constantly improve the quality of training modules and work pro-actively with content suppliers proposing them what kind of content is required by field
Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
Maintain records and files of work and revisions
Edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by others
Review published materials on a regular basis and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content according to the product launch strategy
Support the development of guidelines for the sales and partner educational procedures within KL globally
Adapt and react quickly to the needs of a growing global sales force
Required Experience
Experience in writing high level sales training/marketing content for the purposes of product training
Experience in creating and manipulating graphics for use within materials
Exceptional Microsoft Office skills (Specifically Microsoft PowerPoint 2010+)
At least 3-5 years training experience, both field and online
Functional knowledge and skills:
Understanding of educational methodology
Thorough understanding of Adult Learning
Business expertise:
3-5 years working in international companies
Understanding of software market
Understanding of business environment
Personal Skills:
Trainer Skills ? high level communication and presentation skills, excellent writing skills, problem sensitivity, originality, team player, high-degree of self-discipline, customer focus and desire to deliver the result, adaptability, stress tolerance, social perceptiveness, collaboration, inter-cultural
Foreign languages: English (fluency in verbal and written)
Ability to travel abroad
